Before I learned the difference between 33RPM and 45RPM (no offence, 78RPM), I was neck deep in books. Early favourites included Enid Blyton’s Bimbo and Topsy, EB White’s Charlotte’s Web, and Roald Dahl’s The Witches.
Now that I’m older and part of the book world myself, I adore coming across signed first editions. They’re significant to the author journey, a culmination of all the work that came before it, and a thing to be celebrated.
